Coronavirus Update

How We’re Serving Our Community:

At 20/20 Institute, we’re passionate about patient care and committed to treating every patient like family. We’re excited to announce that as of May 8th, our doors are open once again! As we return to regular hours and operations, we want you to know that we’re taking extra precautions for the foreseeable future to ensure that you and your family are safe and comfortable while in our office.

If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call us at (317) 202-0669 or schedule online by clicking this link. As another option for your convenience, our virtual consultations are here to stay, and can be scheduled online as well.

How We’re Keeping You Safe:

Now more than ever, we know how important it is for you to feel safe whenever you leave home. That’s why we’ve developed strict policies to ensure your health and safety during any visit to our office.

For your safety and ours, the following guidelines will be implemented at our office:

  • We’re taking the “concierge experience” part of our business a step further and only taking one appointment at a time. This will better allow for recommended social distancing in our office.
  • Hand sanitizer, masks, and gloves are available throughout the office, and all our staff members will be appropriately equipped with masks and gloves during your visit.
  • We’ve updated our air purification system: we now have a HEPA filter that can prevent our patients from being exposed to the airborne viral particles.

Please note: We will not accept any patients with a fever or any symptoms associated with COVID-19. We will work with these people to reschedule according to their health and convenience.

What to Expect at Your Appointment:

We care about giving you a quality experience — from beginning to end. Our team is ready to help you any way we can, and as we begin seeing patients again, here is what you can expect during your next visit:

Our waiting room will be organized to allow for social distancing between guests. While you wait for your appointment, the exam room will be sanitized and cleaned thoroughly, and rooms will be treated before and after every patient. We’re committed to providing a place where the people of Indianapolis can learn about vision correction, and receive the industry’s most advanced procedures in a way that’s safe for all. We look forward to providing you the exceptional care we’re known for once again!
